Located in Kerobokan, one of the fast growing high end residential neighborhoods in Bali,is only 12 minutes drive to the Changgu Club and beach, or to the famous shopping and dining district in Seminyak.

The villa is on a private compound which is overlooking lush rice fields on a quiet dead end road, walking distance away from our local Health Food Store Bali Buda and French Bakery Cafe Moka, two Sushi Restaurant ,Sports Bar , several Pizzerias ,a mexican restaurant and various traditional indonesian restaurants .

The villa offers a large garden with japanese lawn,tropical plants as well as a 15 meter long shared saltwater swimming pool with open pavilion. It offers the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of a traditional rural country estate with with a modern western touch. Excellence_Badge532586f80cb08

This villa ,about 230 m or 2300 f2 consists of one large master bedroom with adjacent indoor outdoor bath,walk-in closet and a loft with a second bath/toilet on the main floor . It has an office which can be used as a second bedroom with a Twin bed and is adjacent to the master bedroom. The living room is separated only by a bar table towards the spacious and fully equipped kitchen., perfect for entertaining guests. A 35 m2 patio is overlooking the tropical garden and swimming pool, providing the outdoor living quality ,that is typical in tropical environments .
