This oceanfront condo is located inside Kawama Yacht Club, a beautiful Hawaiian Island style resort that is situated along the southern border to the most popular park in all of the Keys, John Pennekamp National Underwater Park. Everything you could ever imagine to make your Florida Keys vacation complete can be found here.

This 1,450 sf 4th floor condo unit offers Stunning OCEAN/MARINA/SUNSET views as well as views of the beautiful Mediterranean Style Villas (Actual Balcony View Top Left Picture). From the comfort of your own Living/ Dining/ Master Bedroom you have direct views of the beautiful Turquoise Waters and Chain of Islands the Keys are famous for.

In Summer of 2019 the unit was COMPLETELY REMODELLED to include: New Wood Floors Throughout, Modern Master Bath as well as Guest Bath, Brand New Kitchen W/Granite Counter Top and all New Stainless Steel Appliances, New Ceiling Lighting, New Master and Guest Bedroom Furniture Sets W/King Beds in each, Newly Painted all Walls and Ceilings, New Tommy Bahamas Sofa (With Queen Sleeper) and Love Seat, New Epic 70" Ultra HD Smart TV in Living Room, New 55" HD Smart TV in Master Bedroom and also a New 45" HD Smart TV in 2nd Master Bedroom.

SOME VERY IMPORTANT FACTS TO CONSIDER:

Many of the most popular vacation rental websites have been infiltrated by more and more con artist that advertise properties and take payments/reservations for properties that do not exist. Also, many private owners throughout the keys are operating illegal vacation rentals in areas not zoned to allow for rentals of less than 28 days. This is an activity that the county is aggressively cracking down on for a variety of reasons. Owners that are caught by Code Enforcement face steep fines and are required to immediately stop advertising and cancel all of their reservations.

So to insure you have the peace of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a legitimate vacation rental manager and will not become the next victim of internet fraud, finding yourself stranded in the keys without a place to stay or reserve from an owner that is running an illegal rental. It is imperative that you make sure the owner/manager you ultimately rent from is licensed by both Monroe County as well as The State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.

100% Guarantee that the unit you see advertised is the actual vacation rental you will get. Since ALL vacation rentals in Key Largo are privately owned they are decorated and maintained based on the owners taste and budget. The range varies from new and modern to outdated and worn-down. Response from the owner I'm sorry about the construction noise during your stay. It was moslty coming from my upstairs nieghbor, I had no idea he was going to be replacing his tiles during the week you were there. The month of September happens to be the month most homeowners use to make improvements to the condo's since it is the slowest month of the year.I did try and relocate you but you were set on having a unit with an ocean view, so you decided to stay in the unit. Even though you didnt get to reach me right away when you arrived, I did get the message immediately and was able to get you access to the unit without more than a 10 minute delay. The unit was updated just 3 years ago with all new furniture, flooring and remodeled master bath. The Kitchen cabinets are original, however, they are in good condition. Hopefully you will come back again in the future and I can assure you it will be a better experience. Regards, Fernando
