Description

This is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse that comfortably sleeps 6 in a 24 acre Resort / Condo complex.

Included in the price are Taxes, Cleaning, WiFi, a Golf Cart, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, Fishing Gear, Snorkeling Gear, Tennis Equipment, Towels, Linens, Kitchen utensils, appliances, etc...

All you need to bring are food, clothes, medicines (& restock your toilet paper & paper towels when the initial rolls are used).

There is a 4 acre salt water lagoon that has tarpon, snapper, puffer fish, chubs, lobster, grouper, etc Some of which you may hand feed and swim with (no fishing in the lagoon).

Getting around

Bikes are provided for you use at no cost. There are over 40 miles of bike paths in Key Largo. I provide you with a golf cart, at no charge, for your use within the 24 acre complex. Most people arrive by car and use it while here. Parking is free Local and regional bus service is available one mile from here.

Interaction with guest

I, or my assistant, will meet you at the property, let you in, give you keys, answer questions and give you a tour of the complex. I am generally on site and available.
