Description

This two bedroom, two full baths condo with kitchen and private balcony, offers all the conveniences of your own home. There is one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom and one Queen size pull out couch in the living room.

Kitchen is equipped with tableware for at least six guests. Pots, skillets, and cooking utensils. Basics as: sugar, salt, pepper, dishwashing soap, etc.,provided.

Bathrooms with hair dryers. Shampoo,soap, body lotion provided.

Washer and dryer in the unit with laundry detergent provided.

Iron and ironing board in the closet.

Extra bed linens,bathroom and pool towels in the closets.

Password protected U-verse wi-fi.

This property is located just one mile from Smathers Beach, two miles from Higgs Beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Margaret (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
