“Great home, owner, and neighborhood!” My family of five and three grandparents shared the villa for a week at the end of January and had a great experience. This is a spotless home and is in like new condition. The pictures represented it very well and we were pleasantly surprised when we actually arrived. This was the first time I rented a house online and I could not have been happier with the process and the owner. There were no surprises or hidden costs and they were very responsive with any requests or questions. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the free grill was nice. The location seems very safe, it's fairly private with no one in the back yard, and there is a shopping center five minutes away. We really liked the big kitchen and dining area. All in all, we had a great stay.

Holiday

From the moment we entered into the house and did our own tour, we fell in love with it. Extremely spacious and clean, ther was more than enough for us. Two adults and four kids, we had decided to go for Space, and this vacation home gave us just that. It's an amazing area the Championsgate and we also got to test out the Golf Course which was very nice. This home was very convenient to go the the Disney Parks every day with the car rental. But it was a bit to far to go everyday to the malls and shopping areas. This was the only downside of this home. But we would book this home again. It was indeed a home away from home. … see more

Outstanding value for large family gathering

What more could you ask for? Our four children, their spouses and 9 grandchildren joined my wife and I for a fabulous week in Orlando. The house was spacious with large bedrooms, closets and baths. The game room and theater were an added bonus and the pool was fabulous. There was even a chest freezer in the game room which came in very handy. It would have been helpful to have a detailed list of kitchen supplies - no colander, measuring cups, measuring spoons, serving platters or bowls but a quick trip to the dollar store fixed that. The only issue we had really had nothing to do with the house, accessing the Oasis Club and pool area at ChampionsGate was a nightmare. Traffic was literally backed up over an hour when we tried to check in and get our pass code to pass through the gates. Once we had the paper with the code it seldom worked and more often than not traffic was backed up in all directions for several minutes. All in all I would highly recommend renting this property and would do so again myself. … see more
