“Amazing!” We chose to stay at Casa De Mar because we wanted to be a bit out of the main town in Port Vila. The house was beautiful! right on our very own private beach. Perfect! The staff were so wonderful. Wendy, Asnet and Philip were very lovely and helpful. They came during the week to do the washing and gardening. Couldn't have chosen a more perfect pace for our stay. We are definitely coming back! Perfect for Families!!

“Fantastic” House fantastic, service wonderful. We would happily stay here again - lovely spot, sheltered from the wind (July visit)kids loved it. Be sure to go to Ripples for a snorkle, cocktail and tasty dinner. Jenny the house lady is wonderful, beds are comfy - this place has everything you need for a great holiday. One of our favoutire holidays ever. Thanks to Bryan for his great service. Bit of drive to Prt Vila (20min) but not really an issue.

“Friendly staff and very practical homely feel” We have stayed at Sand Dollar twice and on both occasions had a wonderful time. Staff are very polite, efficient and friendly and the villas are always spotless, the pool clean and the grounds very well maintained.

The quickest way to get around the main Island of Efate is by bus or taxi. If there’s a group of you, it may be a good idea to hire a mini bus from one of the local operators.
You can hire a quad bike for fun, but it’s not all that practical for road traffic! Save that for off-roading. Of course, walking is ideal for short distances, as it costs nothing, but arranged tours are best for destinations further afield.
