Description

Maui Banyan, located in South Kihei, is not only one of the best locations for a vacation but offers amazing, well kept and easy to use amenities. A few of the many points of interest -- We are literally less than 90 feet from Kamaole Beach 2, (which is one of the few beaches in Maui with a lifeguard), a four minute walk to the tennis court, a three minute walk to one of the private pools, (the other is about a six min walk) and a five minute walk to the gardens. When you leave the complex great dining and local shopping is just about a five to ten min walk down S. Kihei road (which is along the ocean). If you plan to take the car, the hotels and Shops of Wailea (the Beverly Hills of Maui) are just a short eight minute drive away.

Getting around

While a car rental is recommended, Maui's bus system is same and efficient. Also cabs and Ubers are usually easy to come by. There is no parking included with the condo. Parking can be difficult, however there is free parking in any space not assigned to an owner. Look for yellow signs throughout the property.

Interaction with guest

Check in time is at 3 pm. Check out time is at 10 am. The door to the condo has key-less entry. Arriving at any time of day or night is easy. Your personalized combination will be sent to you upon booking. Please do not hesitate to contact Ronda or me with any questions you may have. We live here on island close by and are happy to help wherever we can.

Great place. Close to a great beach. Perfect for our trip. The extra cooler,umbrella,and chairs were a nice added bonus. Thank you for everything.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jacques (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
