The ocean view from our condo is spectacular, one of the best the Maui Banyan has to offer. All of the view photographs in this listing were taken from our lanai, while sitting at the bar-height patio table. If you are familiar with the Maui Banyan property, we are the top-floor corner unit on the cool (north) side of the G building (#G-502). The G building is the 5-story building right in front of you as you drive up the driveway into the property from South Kihei Road, and our condo is the top-left unit you see as you come up the driveway. While there are three buildings between G and South Kihei Road (buildings A, B and F), they are only two stories high and they donâ€™t impede the ocean view from our condo whatsoever. As I mentioned above, we are on the north side of the building, so the condo and the lanai are always nice and cool.
From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel at home in our completely remodeled condo. You will see the quality touches from the bamboo flooring to the vintage Hawaiiana artwork throughout.
Unlike most Maui Banyan properties, we offer two luxury Master Suites furnished with:
- Extra-large "California King" beds with pillow-top mattresses. (NO need to sleep on two twin beds pushed together!)
Make tropical drinks in our gourmet kitchen which includes:
- Cherry finished cabinetry and granite countertops.
- New top-of-the-line appliances throughout.
- Hawaiiana dishware and glassware.
- Fully equipped for whatever gourmet dish you cook up!

Had the pleasure of staying in this lovely unit for 2 weeks. Travelled with friends (2 adult couples) and it was perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms each with king bed and separate bathroom was a deal breaker for us and not easy find.
This was our 2nd visit to Kihei but our first stay at the Maui Banyan. The Banyan is a well operated and maintained facility; immaculately clean in all areas. Nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs, a hot tub, bathrooms and BBQ's. If you're renting a car, onsite parking is included.
The Banyan is located is directly across the street from a beach; within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.
We chose to cook and eat in several nights and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. All appliances, cookware, dishes, etc you could ask for and more!
Randy and Julie (owners) take a great deal of care to provide all comforts of home away from home; we found nothing lacking. They think of everything so you can relax and enjoy your stay. They are accessible and responsive should any questions arise during your stay.
We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this was by far the BEST experience we have ever had. Randy and Julie are an absolute pleasure. If you are planning a trip to Maui and want a great place to stay in Kiehi look no further....this is where you want to be!

This beautifully remodeled condo is great for two couples to share. It is fully equipped with everything that you will need to enjoy your visit to Maui. It includes a wonderful kitchen, comfortable dinning and living area, washer and dryer, two tastefully decorated bedroom, two lanais that have great views of the ocean, and parking. It is just a 5 minute walk to several restaurants and just across the street from one of the best snorkeling beaches in Maui. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly and the owners are prompt, helpful, and response to any questions that you may have. This is our second stay at this fantastic vacation rental.

This condo was immaculately clean, conveniently located, and wonderfully stocked for an adventure or just relaxation.The owners are wonderful people with whom to work and truly want you to have a "home" on Maui. The living room, kitchen (newly renovated), and bedroomos are very spacious; and the view from the lanai is the best in the whole unit of condos. The washer and dryer are very handy since we were swimming (the beach is steps away) every day--got to pack less having them in the condo. In summary, a great find in a great location for a great price.

The condo is comfortable, clean, updated, spacious and well-stocked. It is in a convenient part of Kihei, right across from a nice beach and has a great view. The complex itself is well-maintained and has many amenities. The rental process was smooth. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

We saw the ad for the condo in Trip advisor and contacted the owner to confirm it was still available. He responded very quickly and from then on, he was communicating with us on the condo, including sending us lists of restaurants that he and his wife had enjoyed and things to do.
The condo is located in a very popular and active area, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There are three beaches across the street (#2 directly across) and the beaches are great for swimming. The neighbourhood is very nice and we felt very safe there. There are a lot of vacation properties nearby and very nice homes. Access to the highway is also close, so it is easy to get to other areas of the island.
The condo itself is well-equipped and decorated. The kitchen is modern with new appliances and lots of dishes and cooking utensils. All of the furniture is in excellent shape and the beds were very comfortable. The layout is conducive to two couples sharing, with each of the bedrooms/washrooms seperated by the living area. Even the flooring is high quality, with bamboo hardwood and ceramic tile throughout. There were beach towels and chairs available to use.
We found that the condominium management was very efficient. The check-in process went smoothly. The grounds and building are very well kept. There was always someone maintaining the grounds. The pool area is clean and attractive, with clean, modern gas barbeques (5) available for cooking.
We would definitely stay there again, and hope to return to Maui in the future as there are still lots of things to do and see there.

The condo was fabulous! It was clean, well equiped, perfectly located, etc. Our check in/check out was a breeze. Randy was so very helpful in every way. If you have a chance to come to Maui, rent this condo. You won't be dissatisfied!

Stayed at G-502 for almost two weeks this august. From the time of booking right thru our stay the condo owners were organized and responsive to our needs. The condo location is great. We have been to Kihei a number of times before and would say this has been the best unit we have stayed in. The unit is just a bit off the road so you don't get any road noise. It is just across the street from a great beach and is easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.There are two pools and Bbq's poolside that are very well maintained. We also found that the stafff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
The unit is recently rennovated and the beds were very comfortable. The view on the lanai was lovely.
When there was a problem with the floors not being as clean as they should be a quick email and the owner had the cleaners in the next day to correct the problem. He also checked back with me to ensure they had come.
Even though it was over 90 degrees our unit was comfortable due to the number of fans and the air conditioning. The kitchen was well-equipped. The only things I missed was a lettuce spinner...but that is getting picky!
The unit is just as it looks on the internet, no unpleasant surprises and the owners have also provided the extras such as adequate hangers, laundry soap, beach chairs etc. They wer also kind enough to send us restaurant information which we found really helpful.
I would reccomend this unit without hesitation.

The unit was relaxing, clean, and the quality of the amenities made the difference. Comfortable furniture and good showers. I traveled with friends, so the different options for privacy/access with the second bath and second bedroom worked really well.
We were walking distance to a great beach with excellent snorklling, dining, and shops.
