WE loved the location, and the extra snorkel gear in the patio box was perfect. The property was well cared for but could have been cleaner. The bathroom needed a good wipe when we arrived. But I would absolutely recommend this property.

We had unit #122 and loved it! The entire complex was quiet and very few people even on site. The sunsets were delightful and the location close to grocery store, restaurants, scuba store and the post office. The place was very clean although the unit could use a little updating and repair in a couple of places. It was very functional and comfortable. We will definitely check to see if available next time we go to Kihei.

We liked the overall stay, however it was too small for 4 people stay (the pull out couch to fit 2 people). Condo was clean, but the bathroom tub was not draining. Fortunately I found Draino in the cupboard and unclogged it (most likely it was clogged with sand). Condo was clean and in convenient location. We loved the swimming pool right outside the apartment for the quick morning swim. Also the grocery store was 2 min. away to walk. It was a nice stay, we loved Kihei!

This was our 3rd stay in #122 - first in Dec. - and it felt like we'd come home. The condo is well maintained and furnished, and the location is so central - close to shopping and our favourite beaches but quiet.

Enjoyed our stay in spite of a few issues. Recommend that there be a vacuum. Squeezy mop was worn out and needs replacing.Ceilings were very dirty around the fans. Floor needed washing immediately on arrival.A product to clean the tile foors would be helpful. Also, smaller patio chairs would be helpful. Loved location and all other ammenities.

The unit (122) was very well equipped. The overall property was great - quiet, well kept and well managed. We did not have direct contact with the property manager, so I could not respond to the last question. We will likely be back next year!

We just got back from Kihei, staying 9 nights in the Waiohuli Beach Hale condos. We highly recommend them to anyone. They are in the best location, very central to wherever you would want to go on the island. You can walk to stores and resturants right from the condo. The beach is great for walking and even swimming but better ones are all around you. Within minutes you can be at lots of great beaches. The barbeques are so nice to have and we used them everynight. The pool is really great and everyone was very friendly. We visited with alot of the people that live there and they are nice and helpful if you have any questions. The grounds are very well taken care of by Henry who is always working on them doing something. The flowers around there are so beautiful. We were very satisfied with the accomodations and will be back. Really can not think of anything we did not like about the place. Very good price for a condo right on the beach.

This complex is in a great location and a beautiful property. The only downside is that while the complex is on the beach, the beach is not suitable for swimming. However, it is within five minutes of other great beaches just south...easy to pack up and go.

I have sone this review already, The only complaint was we couldn't use the phone for long distance, ,direct dialling was out, and that I can understand, but we could not phone collect, or use our dredit card, so we bought a PhoneCard which could be used all over the States and Canada, but not from our Condo We wanted to keep in touch with our families in Canada. But 122 itself was great, we played some of the games that were there, enjoyed the pool, the ocean, watched them trim the Palm trees, and being close to grocery stores and malls.WE HAD A GREA TIME tHANKYOU.
