We were unable to rent this condo for most of 2020 so we have a gap in our reviews. Please be assured that nothing has changed for the worse and in fact we have been busy freshening up the unit and adding Air Conditioning while we were idle. So we are beck in business and welcome your inquiries and bookings.
COVID-19: We thoroughly clean the room before you arrive and provide a variety of sanitizing items for your use.
Two Bedroom, Two Bath 5th floor, air conditioned condominium overlooking the ocean and pool. In-unit washer/dryer, all-tile floors and everything you need for a perfect vacation. Just 120 steps to the beach. 885 sq feet (82.25 Sq Meters) of living area plus a 7' X 12' lanai. We try to keep our calendar up to date.
Technology:
The unit comes with free private WIFI and Cable TV. Living room has a HD LCD/LED TV with Blue Ray and Movie Streaming. Bedroom has smaller LCD TV.
Master Bedroom: King Sleep Number bed, large closet with storage system and mirrored doors. LCD High Definition TV with cable. Bed-side telephone. View of the ocean and pool. Sliding door to the lanai.
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds that can be combine (with king size bedding) into a "California King" bed. Large closet with storage system and mirrored doors.
Master Bath: New Shower/tub, granite topped vanity.
Second Bath: Large Shower with hand hold bars for your safety.
Kitchen: Galley style layout, full size electric stove/oven/broiler, over-stove microwave, dish washer, refrigerator (with ice maker), disposal, toaster, blender, coffee maker (plus Keurig), Ginzu knives, complete set of dishes, place mats, cloth napkins, cutlery, and all the cooking tools and utensils you will need to cook almost anything. All kitchen outlets are GFI protected at the breaker panel per latest electrical code.
Living room: Sofa/bed, Two swiveling easy chairs, TV with BlueRay (and internet for Netflix) and cable. Free WIFI or direct (Cable) internet hookup. CD/Tape Stereo system. Glass-topped end tables and coffee table.
Dining area: Glass-topped table with swivel chairs, desk area.
Lanai (porch): Overlooking the Pacific, pool and lawn area. Equipped with glass topped dining table and comfortable chairs. Fully shaded. Access to living room and master bedroom.
General: Washer/dryer in unit, ceiling fans in all rooms, (No A/C is needed). Private line phone with extension in master bedroom. Entire unit tastefully decorated in rattan and island colors. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer. books to read, some beach items included for your use.
Building Amenities: Building faces west (sunsets) and is located within 25 ft of the Pacific Ocean with direct beach access. Wheelchair ramps throughout, three elevators (including roof access), newly remodeled public areas, covered loading/unloading area, bicycle rack, heated pool, new pool deck with chase lounges etc., Ocean-side eating and gas BBQ area. Immaculate, park-like lawns, palm trees and flowers. Shuffle board court. Direct access to beach. Restaurant: Excellent Indian cuisine, bar, open air and overlooking the ocean. Roof top area (7th floor) overlooking the Pacific with large eating area and gas BBQ's. Perfect for sunset BBQing and a toast to your perfect day on Maui. Free off-street parking for one car, on-site management team, newspaper machine, activity brochure rack.
Hawaii hotel taxes not included in above rates. (14.416%)
The TripAdvisor Rental agreement does on this site not apply. Acceptance of our specific rental agreement is a condition of this booking. TripAdvisor will not allow us to communicate and complete this agreement until after full payment is made. Once full payment is made, I will send our agreement to the email account (address) you have provided TripAdvisor. VERY IMPORTANT: Please follow the instructions in the agreement. Do not leave anything out. If I do not receive your response within 24 hrs of sending it, I will have to cancel the booking. We have to follow TripAdvisor's approach to protect both parties. Sorry for any inconvenience.
