Your tropical home away from home, 1 Bedroom + Convertible Bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4) Wireless Internet Connection. Our one bedroom condominium at the popular Kihei Akahi complex in South Maui is located on the 3rd floor of the C bldg with a nice ocean view. Overlooking the blue Pacific waters at Kamaole Beach II, our unit has every amenity you need for your stay in paradise. The condo has a King size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa bed. It sleeps 4 comfortably. It has Air Conditioning. Also a ceiling fan in both the living area and in the bedroom. We have a full kitchen, and a washer/Dryer.

Response from the owner We have owned this condo for over ten years. In all that time no other guest said they were woke up by people in the elevator. It is a quiet complex with quiet time rules. In the bedroom we have a ceiling fan and usually one or two high velocity table or floor fans. One was out then and it was replaced. The construction layout of the entire complex makes it impossible to install an air conditioner in the bedroom of these units. The overwhelming amount of guests during this decade of bookings have been fine with the ceiling and other fans in the bedroom.

How do damage deposits work?
