We do our best to please all guests leaving the contact number on the front page of the property instructions should a guest have anything they need to phone about so it can be resolved quickly. After you were asked to contribute £30 towards cleaning costs, you phoned three times, when I tried to explain the issues, you did not agree to paying £30 towards the extra cleaning time. The debris from your party was clear for all to see. We refunded your deposit in full minus the cost of posting back your phone charger that was left. The owner works hard to maintain the standard of the property which will be decorated throughout shortly. There is also new sofas on the way but there was a long lead time when ordered.

“Fabulous Family Vacation”
There was 11 of us altogether for a family get together. We had a great stay! The house was perfect for us with plenty room to spread out and relax. Big family kitchen we cooked every night and baked a cake! We hired bikes at Killin outdoors centre which was fun and u can also hire canoes etc . We did the Loch Tay Safari which was great fun and our granddaughter got to steer the boat which she loved. Taymouth Stables we had a pony ride and the Courtyard Restsurant there was really good value. So much to do we will defo be back to this house can’t recommend it enough!!!

“Fantastic girls weekend”
What a brilliant weekend!!! Was always going to be a great weekend with my girls but the accommodation totally made it - what an amazing house!! We made full use of the fantastic hot tub, enjoyed the games/cinema room (on the Saturday night it was our own personal disco space!!) enjoyed a cosy night with the log burner, cooked in the fully equipped kitchen (some of the equipment was tricky to work out but the excellent instruction manuals sorted us out) generally we had a ball!! Would totally recommend this accommodation to my friends and family. Thanks again Christine x x
