As you pull up to the cottage you'll notice the picturesque raised front porch looking out to the grassy front yard and the quiet street. Enjoy this relaxed atmosphere as you escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Enter through the front door and find yourself in an open concept living space with beautiful hardwood floors throughout as well as bright windows to let in the sun. The living room has a leather couch and chair situated around a 50" HD TV with satellite and DVD player. This is a great spot to unwind at the end of the day! Just beyond this is the kitchen and dining space. The dining table seats six comfortably and the kitchen is well-appointed with all the comforts of home including fridge, stove, dishwasher and more. Preparing delicious meals here will be hassle free with the modern appliances, and don't forget about the propane BBQ outside! There are three bedrooms at the cottage. The hardwood floors continue through the master bedroom, which has a queen bed, as well as through a second bedroom which offers one double bed. A third bedroom is carpeted and provides a double bed. There is one bathroom at the cottage and it is a four-piece with a combination tub/shower. The backyard at this cottage is a truly great space. The grassy yard is great for the kids to run around, while the fire pit is also located here for great summer evenings of storytelling and snacking around the campfire. The raised back deck provides a sunny place to relax in the lounger with your book and take in the fresh air. This cottage is located close to the beach and Point Clark Lighthouse - both just 600 metres from the cottage (approximately 10 minute walk) down the quiet streets in this neighbourhood. The town of Kincardine is just a 20km drive away. There you can enjoy the shops, restaurants and events of this Lake Huron shoreline community.

This is the Ontario's nice belt to visit. All the near beaches are good. Try to have good family (friend) with you, it will be more fun. All beaches are good, but I like the sauble beach one of the best.
