I do see that you had a few issues during your stay regarding housekeeping. We do pride ourselves on providing a clean after all departures and 2 deep cleans per year. On this occasion I do apologize on the fact that the inspector did not catch this issue. We are constantly reviewing our housekeeping procedures to provide the best service possible. I am happy that our Maintenance team was able to quickly and efficiently fix the shower issue that you reported. For all our properties we have two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and trash bags. lOved the location of this condo. Was clean, but not overly equipped in the kitchen. Only real concern was the fact that there is no eating space except at a counter.

How do damage deposits work?
