This beautiful newly refurbished stone rustic house offers you a high level of comfort and facilities for group of up to 10.

Set in a tranquil setting with views of nadiza and surrounding mountains, being in the soca valley its famous for the great outdoors, sports & wildlife.

Accommodation comprises of :

Ground floor bedroom 1 with double bed.

Spacious bathroom with enclosed shower, washing machine & tumble dryer.

Living room with seating ,tv,dvd, wood burner , panoramic views with floor to ceiling glass access to lower garden via outside stairway.

Large spacious kitten fully fitted with cooker, dish washer, fridge freezer, wood burning stove & dinning table for 10.

1st Floor :

Large enclosed balcony sitting area with panoramic views leading to bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 with juliet balcony sleeps 3/4

king size bed & single bed (can be changed on request to bunk bed)

Bedroom 3 sleeps 3/4

King size bed, single bed & a extra single pull out bed.

On this level also a small toilet and sink.

We have 2 separate gardens 1 to the front with covered seating area & large garden below with covered decked area for dinning and BBQ.

There is a bar in the village and a restaurant all within walking distance.

Kobarid is a 10 mins away by car where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, banks, sports agents.

Trieste airport is 50 mins away

Venice airport is 2hrs

Ljubljana is 2hrs

When your stay is longer than a week a bedding changed will be arranged.
Towels are also provided IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO WASH & DRY THEM DURING YOUR STAY (washing powder privided)

“Charming spacious house”

Very nice stay in this converted old farm house. Logs for the oven was very welcome the first cold evening, the outdoor terrasse the other warm morning absolut perfect.
