Getting around

Car or motorbike rental recommended, taxi can be arranged as well as "chauffeur" service. The villa is only 15 minutes, by car, to Fisherman’s Village, one of the oldest places on the island, lined with old wooden Chinese shop-houses and a few modern buildings in keeping with the surroundings. Chaweng city centre, the main area of the island, is at the same distance, and offers the longest beach of the island. Perfect place for shopping, relaxing, fine dining or partying!

Our Villa Manager will welcome you for check-in formalities and will introduce you to the property and its facilities, our team is reachable almost 24 hours a day. A pocket-app concierge service will allow you to access all our offers with your smartphone using your own language (Available in English, Thai, Chinese, Russian, Japanese and French), just scan the QR code displayed in each property. An information folder listing all useful contacts and a selection of services and activities is also at your disposal in each villa (English only). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
