Description

We offer a privately owned 3-bedroom apartment within the Marina Court Resort Condominium which is superbly located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, Borneo, adjacent to the city's waterfront (it is next door to the 4 star Promenade Hotel). The apartment is ideal for up to 6 persons on holiday or a business trip. The apartment has pool views, leisure facilities and enjoys close proximity to the city's water front which provides a great range of bars, restaurants and coffee houses to make it a perfect location for the visitor. There are also shopping malls and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The airport is a mere 15 minutes drive (in normal traffic) from the accommodation. Free WiFi (limited to average 2GB data per day).

For those wishing more amenities, space and privacy than a hotel room the rates for this 3-bedroom apartment are very reasonable.

Accommodation is fully furnished and equipped and comprises:

Living/ dining room with balcony overlooking pool.

Bedroom 1: ensuite bathroom with shower, double bed.

Bedroom 2: double bed.

Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds.

Kitchen: fully equipped for cooking; ironing; washing machine.

Bathroom: with shower.

Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living room.

WiFi option:for RM15 per day (i.e. RM15 x number of nights booked) we can offer a mobile WiFi device (MiFi) which will provide WiFi within the apartment and can easily be carried around in your pocket during your stay e.g. at the pool, around town, on excursions etc. This will provide an average of at least 1.5Gb data volume per day. A deposit of RM250 is required and will be refunded in exchange for safe return of the equipment at the end of yours stay.

Bottled drinking water is provided free throughout your stay.

As the apartment is privately owned it is well cared for and has been decorated, furnished and equipped to a high standard. We pride ourselves in being able to offer a much more personal service to our guests than some of the bigger operators.

Non Smoking except on balcony.

Discount rate: RM275 per night for bookings of 5 or 6 nights.

It must gave been frustrating regarding rhe Wi-Fi but if we had been informed at the time we could have fixed it straight away, same for the leaky hose in the bathroom. Our next guests pointed out these faults and we had them fixed the same day. Despite these two items we are pleased to hear you enjoyed the location, pool etc.

I myself stayed there the last few days and I understand what you say about the construction work going on round about Marina Court but when finished should make the infrastructure in the area much more user friendly. The point about the kitchen and bathroom taps having no hot water supply is common practice in Malaysia but thankfully the water is never that cold! At least there is hot water for the showers. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. Don.

If Don (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
