Description

Anna Maria Luxury Villas is a complex of two totally independent villas each with its own private pool.

The first Villa is 320 square meters with a private pool of 50sqm

The second Villa is 65sqm with a private pool of 20sqm.

Both Villas are on a plot of 4000sqm full of trees offering breathtaking views across the sea.

The complex is situated in one of the most beautiful places in chalkidiki – Kriopigi just 80 kilometers from thessaloniki.

Villas are 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Kriopigi.

Both Villas are fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

There is a TV in every room, DVD and free wifi internet.

It can host up to 16 people in both Villas.

The main Villa and consists of two elevated ground floors and a semi basement.

The ground floor features a large and comfortable living room with a fantastic fire place, an open plan large fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms of 15square meters each, one bathroom and 60 sqm veranda

The first floor has one master bedroom of 40 square meters with a living room and a fire place, two other bedrooms of 15square meters each, two bathrooms and 50 sqm balcony.

On the semi basement is located a play room together with a large storage area

The Villa is full air-conditioned and has also a central heating system which gives the a unique advantage of living the house all year round.

The Villa is fully furnished and equipped and has TV in every room, DVD and wi-fi internet.

The second Villa consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed and a dining area.

There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine.

The exterior of the complex is amazing. 4000 sqm with grass, palm trees, pine trees, olive trees and a fully equipped large barbeque kiosk.

The Villa is equipped with a high security alarm system CCTV security cameras security door and unbreakable bulletproof windows.

Transfer from and to the airport of thessaloniki is available on request with extra cost
