Description

Jati Homestay, while affordable, is conveniently located in central Kuala Lumpur and so provides easy access to the city’s attractions. It is situated in the Setiawangsa area, about 8 km by road from KLCC.

Nearby Conveniences:

Major shopping Mall such as Great Eastern Mall, Aeon Big Wangsa Maju, Wangsa Walk and Aeon Jusco AU2/Setiawangsa are nearby while KLCC is a mere 10 minutes drive away. Within a radius of a few kilometers are the Istana Budaya, Perpustakaan Negara, Hospital KL, Institute Jantung Negara and Gleneagles Hospital. The nearest LRT Station is Setiawangsa . Just outside the homestay are minimarkets, foodstalls, a mosque, a clinic, and a laundry shop. McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, banks, and Giant supermarket are within walking distance.

Accessibilty:

Apart from being well-served by public transportation such as the LRT, the city’s buses and taxis, the homestay is easily accessed through the nearby MRR2 which links to PLUS and Karak highways, and the DUKE and AKLEH expressways.

How To Get There:

(1) Motorists from outstation using the Karak or PLUS highways may use the MRR2 and exit to Jalan Ampang upon heading to the Pusat Bandaraya. Turn right to Jalan Jelatek and then right again to Setiawangsa and then to nearby Keramat Wangsa where the homestay is located.

(2) Guests from KL Sentral can take the LRT to Setiawangsa and from there a short taxi ride to the homestay.

(3) Other motorists can reach it through Jalan Tun Razak/Jalan Ampang/Jalan Jelatek/Setiawangsa or through Jalan Semarak and Datuk Keramat.

Homestay Facilities:

Master bedroom with balcony - fitted with queen size bed,chest drawers,side tables, air-condition and fan.

2nd bedroom with window - twin bed with wardrobe,air-con and wall fan.

3rd room - single bed with extra single mattress and wall fan

One bathroom with shower & water heater - towel, shower gel and shampoo provided

Dining room & living room equipped with furniture and satellite TV

Kitchen with built-in cabinets,fridge,electric kettle, rice cooker,toaster,microwave oven for light cooking (only halal meals allowed),iron & ironing board provided.

Note:

Maximum guests allowed: 6 adults. Additional guests can be accommodated at the discretion of the owner.

For non Muslim - this apartment is situated in front of a mosque but the unit is on the 12th floor with good view and ventilation

For long stay guests - portable stove will be provided

Laundry shop/eating place/mini markets are just a stone trow from the house.

No pets /No alcoholic drinks/no non halal food allowed

Only one covered parking is available.

Normal check-in is after 2.00 pm

Check-out at 12.00 noon.
