Relax and unwind in its calming space. Enjoy the high speed wireless internet and over 70 cable TV stations on the 42" flat-screen TV.

Set over 1400 square feet, the 4-bedrooms are arranged as two queen size bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one bunk-bedroom. The 2 bathrooms have showers, ceramic basins and soft-close twin-flush toilets.

The solid granite kitchen worktop stands out against high gloss cabinets. Fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, 3-burner gas stove and clothes washing machine. Filtered drinking water gives you peace of mind and prevents wastage of plastic bottles.

Getting around town is fast and easy. Choose between 3 different train lines, all within 10 minutes walk (the closest being just 2 minutes walk).

Taxis are easy to hail and most journeys take just 10-20 minutes.

Cool off in the big swimming pool, adjacent to the jacuzzi and the childrens pool with water slide. The childrens playground, lawn, cafe and tennis court are also located at the same level as the pool.

The 24-hour convenience store at level 1 offers drinks, snacks, phone top-ups, an ATM and other services around the clock. You even have a professional laundry and hairdresser within the condominium.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Choose between Malaysian, Chinese, Indian, western, vegetarian, Iranian, Pakistani or call for a takeaway to be delivered to your door.

How do damage deposits work?
