Description

This is a beautifully restored traditional Cypriot House situated among the Lemon groves in the sleepy old village of Ozankoy (Kazafani). The garden and private pool are very secluded, and it has always been called the hidden garden even before it was restored with a pool added.

This old house recently renovated according to its original old world atmosphere of the house surrounded by Lemon, Mandarin, Orange and Pomegranate Trees. This makes it one of most relaxing houses in the village. Our villa has two large air conditioned bedrooms with one double bed in each. Our large living room has a lovely traditional fireplace which makes it really cosy in the winter evenings.

The traditional structure of the Villa with thick walls keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a simple breakfast, a gourmet meal or a relaxing BBQ. The balcony door of the kitchen opens onto our lovely pool and Garden. You can see apricot, Walnut, and bitter orange trees in your garden. I am sure you will enjoy spending time in your private pool under the shade of big Walnut tree.

There are a number of very good restaurants and local shops within walking distance. Kyrenia and the local beaches are only a few minutes drive away. From here you are only minutes from the world famous Bellapaise Monastery, from here you can reach the climbing paths of the Five Finger mountains.

It is a beautiful location all year round with almost 365 days of sun each year. The area is popular with Bird Watchers, and the Korineum Golf Course is only 20 minutes drive away.

It is easy to get to us, either via Ercan Airport (30 minutes) or Larnaca Airport (90 minutes). It is just as easy for you to fly via Turkey into Ercan as it is to fly into Larnaca. Also we can take all the hassle away from you by arranging your transfers and car rental.

Our house is ideal for self catering holidays, however eating out is so inexpensive in Northern Cyprus that you will want to sample all our wonderful eateries. (We can advise you on the best places to eat).

Our family has a long tradition of hospitality and have been welcoming people to our Hidden Garden for many years. We live in the village and are at hand to assist you in any way that you need.

Getting around

The most convenient way to the sights in North Cyprus is a hire car if you can drive. If you have hire car you can visit all the best beaches, restaurants and historical places, castles, churches, ruins easily. It takes to go from one end to the other end of the island only a few hours with car. If you will need a hire car please let me know, we are also doing hire car service, I can arrange your hire car. Public transportation in North Cyprus is not very developed, you cannot go everywhere with buses or dolmus. Your villa is 150 meters away from the nearest Dolmus (small Buses) stop which is in front of the Ozanköy Mosque, you can take a Dolmuş from there and go to the Kyrenia City Center.
