Située au cœur du Périgord Noir, à 10 kilomètres de Montignac-Lascaux, sur la route de la Noix, cette maison est un vrai havre de paix. En toute saison, il est possible de s'y loger en toute tranquillité.
Vous serez accueillis dans une maison aux murs authentiques et poutres apparentes entièrement rénovée en 2013. Au programme, piscine, calme, sérénité loin des grandes routes !

Un espace salon composé d'un canapé d'angle pour se prélasser, prendre un apéritif ou regarder la télévision.
Une salle à manger pour prendre vos repas jusqu'à 6 personnes.
La cuisine, très bien équipée, permettra aux cordons bleus de pouvoir réaliser de bons petits plats : Plaque induction, four, micro-onde, théière, réfrigérateur, cafetière traditionnelle et à dosettes, grille-pain,Lave-vaisselle....

A l'étage :
Une chambre au charme d'autrefois, avec un lit 140 x 190cm, un dressing dans l'ancien cantou.
La chambre d'inspiration orientale, équipée d'un lit 160 x 200cm, d'un bureau et d'une armoire/penderie.
Une chambre voyage authentique avec un canapé / lit mezzanine et des rangements.
Une salle de bain équipée d'une douche, d'un plan vasque et un WC.
Dans le jardin :
A l'ombre du chêne centenaire et du mirabellier, vous pourrez déjeuner sur la terrasse, un salon de jardin en teck,
Vous prélasser dans les transats. Au cœur du jardin venez profiter de la piscine 8 x 4 m et sa plage de 25m².
Le jardin est clôturé, un portail et un parking pour votre voiture.
En plus de la piscine, les petits et les grands pourront profiter des 3000 m² de la propriété, observez la nature et les animaux (oiseaux, écureuils, lézards...)

Response from the owner Merci pour votre commentaire. Cela fait plaisir et je suis ravi que vous ayez passé un bon séjour . L'alerte m'a permis de voir que l'annonce était toujours active sur Tripadvisor sachant qu'actuellement la quasi totalité des réservations se font via Airbnb... - L'escalier gain de place a permis à ce gîte de créer une 3e chambre pour accueillir plus de 4 personnes et des grandes familles. Il nécessite une certaine adaptation au départ mais comme vous le précisez, l'escalier extérieur peut dépanner pour ceux qui seraient en difficulté. - la piscine ne possède pas de barrière de sécurité ni de système d'alerte puisque le volet 4 saisons est au norme de sécurité. Si un enfant s'y aventure, il sera retenu...un adulte peut traverser en marchant cette bâche. Rien ne remplace la vigilance des parents autour d'une piscine ou dans la vie quotidienne. Au plaisir de vous recevoir l'été pour justement profiter pleinement du gîte et de cette belle région.
