Logement tout confort de type F2 idéale pour 1 couple + 1 enfant mais pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes comprenant :

-Une pièce principale avec une cuisine aménagée intégrée et une partie salon-salle à manger avec télévision possédant un clic-clac, pouvant également servir de couchage.

-Une chambre ré-aménageable avec 1 grand Lit 140 X 200, et 1 Lit une place 70 X 190 , un petit lit bébé est également disponible sur place sur option. Deux blocs rangements en tête de lit et une penderie sont disponibles .

-Une salle d'eau avec un lavabo, douche.

-Un wc séparé.

-Un petit jardin / cour privée, fermée par un portail, vous pouvez y entreposer vos vélos.

EQUIPEMENTS :

Télé Ecran plat avec sa télécommande,

Lave-vaisselle, Micro- onde, Plaques électriques, Four électrique, Cafetière et Bouilloire électriques ,Grille-pain, Frigidaire avec compartiment congélateur séparé.

Salon de jardin , Parasol, Barbecue plancha électrique pour vos grillades.

Prévoir linge de maison. ( draps, taies d'oreillers, torchons, serviettes...) même si nous pouvons vous dépanner sur place.

Un chèque de caution de 300€ en garantie du mobilier vous sera demandé à votre arrivée, il ne sera pas encaissé et vous sera rendu à votre départ après l’état des lieux.

Vous pouvez vous déplacer en famille à pieds, à vélo car tout est plat. Pour vos courses de produits frais et/ou régionaux, il y a le marché de la Faute sur mer à proximité tous les jeudis et dimanches. Le logement est situé en face de la dune qui délimite la plage de sable de la presqu ile, et à proximité des commerces. La plage est surveillée et idéale pour les jeunes enfants, vous pouvez également y pratiquer la pêche à pieds lors des grandes marées. Nous vous fournirons des brochures de notre office du tourisme, et les horaires des marées, pour la pêche à pieds.
