With its 3 -star rating, a stone's throw away from Pont-Aven, nestled between the historic towns of Quimper and Concarneau, in the quaint Breton hamlet of Coat Beuz Izel, it is an elegant modern front façade and a pretty home with blue shutters on the back, two terraces and a veranda, in the midst of a neat generous garden.Light and spacious, it has all the modern conveniences (fully equipped American kitchen, induction stove top, microwave, dish washer, freezer…), electric shades, summer kitchen, and more!The 4 bedrooms (each with a double bed) including a large master suite with its luxurious bath can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably while preserving intimacy and privacy. Baby equipment complimentary. Only 1 mile from the shops and from the Port La Forêt, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle, all the water sports are at your finger tips (sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, wind carting, etc.).Walking distance in the same neighborhood, on the shores of the La Forêt Bay, is the Cornouaille Golf Club (18 holes, Par 71), its Pro-shop in an extraordinary 18th century manor with all the charm of yesteryear. The beautiful sandy beaches of La Forêt Fouesnant (only 1 mile from the house) are surrounded by more than 20 miles of marked footpaths for long walks to discover this charming village, lively with its regional open air markets and cultural life (art exhibitions and music festivals).Outings can be organized with a weathered seaman aboard his sailboat to all the islands in south Brittany including the Glenans archipelago. All year long, winter as well as summer, for a weekend, a week or more.

Lumineuse et spacieuse, elle offre toutes les commodités modernes (cuisine américaine équipée, plaque induction, lave-vaisselle, lave linge...), stores électriques, arrière cuisine, barbecue…Les 4 chambres, dont une large suite parentale avec sa salle de bain (douche à l'italienne), permettent à 6 personnes un séjour préservant leur intimité. Kit bébé disponible.Seulement à 1,2 km des commerces et du Port La Forêt, accessible à pied ou en vélo, tous les sports nautiques sont praticables (voile, planche à voile, plongée, natation, char à voile, etc.).A proximité, au bord de la Baie de La Forêt, se trouve le golf de Cornouaille (18 trous, Par 71). Le Pro-shop se situe dans un manoir extraordinaire du XVIIIème siècle qui a gardé tout son charme passé. La Forêt Fouesnant possède des plages de sable fin (juste 1,5 km de la maison) et plus de 30 km de chemins balisés (au pied de chez nous) pour des randonnées à la découverte du charme de ce petit village authentique animé par ses marchés régionaux et artisanaux et par sa vie culturelle (expositions d'art, concerts musicaux).La location est possible, été comme hiver, pour un week-end, une semaine ou plus.Je peux également organiser des balades en voilier vers toutes les îles de la Bretagne du sud y compris l'archipel des Glénan.

Maybe it's a bit too much. And it's also true that the hill on the way home can be a little tiring. “Charming place, charming conversation”

C'était difficile à trouver un réparateur pendant les fêtes de Noel et la réveillon. Je ne savais pas comment procéder, le problème survenu juste avant votre arrivée. Peut-être j'aurais du annulé votre réservation. Pour la hotte, c'est la première fois que j'ai cette nouvelle. Je m'en occuperai aussi tôt.
