Spacious apartment in typical Andalucian style in an elegant building in the centre of this traditional village. A warm, welcoming lounge/dining room leads onto an attractive balcony with beach & sea views where you can enjoy al fresco dining or sip a cool drink. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven & ceramic hob, & adjacent utility/laundry area with washing machine & drying facilities. Bathroom 1 has toilet, full-size bath with shower screen, wash basin & bidet. Bathroom 2 has toilet, walk-in shower with sliding doors & wash basin. Bedroom 1 has double bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets. Bedroom 2 has double bed, built-in wardrobes & bedside cabinets. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and one pull-out, fold down bed & drawers. The apartment has generous storage space, marble floors, air conditioning, FreeSat TV, DVD, CD & own underground parking space with direct lift access. Roof top terrace affords sunbathing & stunning views of mountains & bay.
FAMILY BOOKING: An additional bed is stored under one of the single beds enabling occupation by 4 adults & 3 children.
LONG LETS: periods in excess of 2 weeks may be available in winter months at reduced rates on request. SHORT LETS: periods of less than 2 weeks may not be acceptable in High Season. CHANGEOVER DAY: usually Saturday but flexibility is possible if other bookings allow. DISCOUNT: for stays in excess of 2 weeks - please inquire.

“Ideal rental in excellent location”
We have now had two 6 week winter (Jan-Feb) holidays in Las Flores. The apartment is very well equipped and La Herradura has a full range of facilities throughout the winter months, including English papers on the day of issue. With its 3 bedrooms it means that family and friends can visit, but the smallish hot water tank means that only 4 showers can be taken at any one time. The winter sunshine is a real tonic and the balcony is in the sun in the mornings and out of the prevailing wind. For longer stays a car is essential as there is so much to do and see in the area, including visiting Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla and Gibraltar.

“Spanish village life by the sea”
We have visited La Herradura many times, often staying at Las Flores, most recently over Christmas and New Year. The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable and well equipped and is within easy walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and tapas bars.
