Description

Abitazione da quasi 90 metri quadri con giardino privato e posto auto gratuito fuori dall’abitazione. Il WI-FI è presente, ma linea non sempre ben funzionante. Aria condizionata (a pagamento) se la desiderate. Biancheria letto e bagno a pagamento con la possibilità di portare la vostra biancheria. Al vostro arrivo vi vengono chieste 30€ di deposito. Vi vengono restituiti alla riconsegna delle chiavi della casa se è come la trovate. Raccolta differenziata portando i rifiuti all’isola ecologica che si trova prima del ponte di Caprera. La casa si trova a 3/4 km dal porto, e a 300m in linea d'aria dalla bellissima spiaggia Testa del Polpo e dall'isola di Caprera. A 200m dall'abitazione trovate la fermata d'autobus, servizio postale, tabacchino, supermercati, pizzerie, campi da tennis. Vicino la casa trovate il parcheggio auto.

“Staying at La Maddalena”

The Appartment is clean and big. Perfect for 4 people. Beds are not really comfortable. It has some kitchen appliances. No WIFI tho.

How do damage deposits work?
