Outdoors: Relax on the large back patio area around the private and heated 32’ x 19’ saltwater pool, tanning shelf/wading area for the smaller children, a 7’ raised spa with stackstone waterfall spillway, and Jandy in-home controller that allows you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house, and gives you a digital read-out of the pool temperature, the spa temperature and the outside air temperature. The dramatic night lighting comes on automatically. This home sits on a large 1/3 acre interior lot with maximum privacy for outdoor entertaining, dining, lounging and swimming.
Indoors: Sojourn is beautifully upgraded and finished with custom paint, granite & tile work. The family room has comfortable leather couches, 50 inch HDTV, DVD, VHS, CD changer, and gas fireplace.
The fabulous fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters, a cooking grotto with 5-burner gas cooktop and pot-filler, refrigerator with water & ice dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, double-oven, microwave, and butlers pantry. For a few fun extras you will also find a Belgium waffle maker, panini press, and blender to help whip up your favorite fixins', The morning room/nook adjoins the kitchen and has a counter-height table that seats 6, the kitchen bar seats 3, and the separate formal dining room seats 8.
Everyone in your group will spend some quality time in the spacious Sojourn Game Room! The competition will go on for hours at the super-fast Air-Hockey table, the commercial quality Tornado Tournament 2000 Foosball table, (the same table used on the USTSA Pro Foosball Tour), or the stand-up arcade game station; featuring 65 games including: Pac-man, Mrs. Pac-man, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Missile Command, Frogger, Galaga and more. There are also a number of board games, and a set of poker chips. Get ready for hours of fun!
Bedrooms: The incredible Master Suite has a king bed, DVD player, speaker system, two extra-large walk-in closets. The private bath area has dual sinks, an oversize custom tiled door-less shower & a soaking tub with tile surround and steps. One closet can be set up as an adjoining nursery with portacrib & changing table. The other closet can be set up as a smaller adjoining bedroom for a younger child with the available rollaway twin bed. A French door leads out to the pool/spa area.
Suite 2 is a casita and has a Queen bed, Flatscreen, en suite bath, private exterior doors and the large windows look out to the enclosed courtyard and allow you a peak at the Santa Rosa Mountains in the distance. Suite 3 has a King bed, flatscreen, DVD/VHS player, and en suite bath. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, flatscreen, and DVD/VHS while Bedroom 5 has two XL Twin beds, flatscreen, and DVD/VHS player. Across the hall from bedrooms 4 and 5 is a full bath with dual sinks and combo tub/shower.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with adjustable speeds & dimmer lighting, alarm clock, and some also have a telephone. The couch in the Family room has a Queen sofabed; also available are a deluxe Queen raised-height airbed, twin-size rollaway bed, & 2 portable cribs.
Other Amenities: Telephone with free local and unlimited long-distance calling, free high-speed wireless internet, a fully-equipped laundry room with new washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. The hot water re-circulating system gives you “instant-on” hot water at every faucet without waiting for the water to warm up. There is also a high chair and protective rail that can be attached to a bed for added safety for your child.

We brought 8 kids with us under the age of 13 and the game room was a hit!!Between the pol and the game room, the kids never uttered a complaint. The house was turn key ready. Everything we needed was there waiting. Great experience.

Overall, the rental was good, however, there were a few items that kept the property from being total fit for lease. The homes wifi was not operating tghe first few days which eliminated contact with my work;the gas cooktop self igniter did not function and a new cooktop was ordered , but not replaced turning the stay; home needs a"deep cleaning".
Swimming pool and hot top were enjoyable.

We rented this property and we had a decent experience overall.
The property was clean and while there were some issues (hot water didn't work the first night) the maintenance person was very responsive and courteous.
The one thing we were very disappointed with was the size of the pool. As usual, it looked much larger in the picture so we were disappointed given that it was still summer when we went.
The propery management staff were hit or miss. There were a couple persons that were very friendly and courteous but there was one particular lady that was condescending and patronizing in the way she responded to our questions.
Overall, I would caution people about renting this property. It is convenient because the work is all done for you through the management company and its website but you're definitely paying a premium (a fairly large one at that) so if you have the time to research other places I'm sure you could find a better deal.

We loved the home and we will return. The only suggestion we have is a bigger refrigerator or a second one in the garage. There were 13 of us and the refrigerator was a little small to hold all of our food. We had to supplement with an ice chest.

This house was perfect for the size our large family reunion. Everything was great. Little things needed updating, but it sounds like they are taking care of that. We had 14 people and had more than enough room.

The house was great - short of a few issues. There were quite a few lights burned out. The tables in the kitchen and living room were really dirty - covered with crumbs. There was a broken lounge chair. The sprinklers went off every couple of hours during the day, so we couldn't use the lawn area in the back yard. Two cars were towed because they were parked on the street overnight, but we couldn't find any signs that said that. The sign in the house said they were ok up to 48hrs. There were no sheets for the aero bed or the sofa bed. The outlets in the bathrooms didn't work, but Wes was great and fixed them quickly. We had issues coming and going through the Montage gate multiple times. Minor details but we absolutely LOVED the house and would come back for sure. The Property Manager was super responsive and helpful.

It began with the code for the entry gate not working, then we arrived and the pool had only a foot of water in it resulting in no swimming until the 2nd day of our 3 day towels in 2 of the bathrooms. But the home was clean overall and well supplied with cooking equipment and comfortable sleeping beds.

Happened to be raining the weekend we stayed there and two of the rooms (master and second largest) had no electricity despite flipping the breakers to try and fix it. I tried to call the "emergency" number and never got a phone call back. I emailed multiple times to complain about the lack of response after leaving and have yet to hear back even to the emails and it has been several weeks. The owners should seriously consider another rental agency.

Things that were promised to go with the house were not there or not working (air hockey table- never repaired- pool heater went out- had to make numerous phone calls and pay pool guy extra to come fix it) High chair and crib were not there- had to call several times- Management was not pleasant or helpful in getting things taken care of. Too much work for us to get what was due to us. Paid too much money for that kind of service.

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Thanksgiving. Our group of seven adults, seven children, and a dog stayed comfortably in the house. The kids loved the pool and gameroom although the pinball machine did not work. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was in a convenient location. We especially liked that there was a costco nearby. The house was very clean, but the carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. This was a very minor issue though - the house was great. The property management company was very responsive and returned our security deposit within a couple of days of the end of our stay. We would definately stay at this property again.

Sojourn is a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the pool. Lots of space for everything. We were disappointed that the pinball machine did not work and could not be fixed in the time we were there. Also there were no umbrellas for the pool area! For such a high end home this seemed like a major oversight.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sojourn. Our only issue was with parking. More than 5 cars and you will be majorly inconvenienced shuttling guests and avoiding parking fees from HOA and surrounding businesses. Otherwise very clean and enjoyable.
