La casa è una abitazione intima e confortevole di recente costruzione (2014). Arredata con uno stile semplice, accogliente e luminoso. Ottima base per visitare il golfo di La Spezia e delle Cinque Terre.

E' disposta al piano terra ed ha anche un giardino esterno privato, dove è possibile pranzare o rilassarsi in tranquillità. Gli animali sono i benvenuti.

4 persone possono soggiornare comodamente nell'appartamento composto da una spaziosa camera da letto, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con cucina e divano letto.

La casa è arredata con cura, in chiave moderna e accogliente, il tutto per ottenere un' atmosfera originale e davvero piacevole da vivere, senza rinunciare al comfort.

L'appartamento è inserito in una casa privata di 3 appartamenti.

La casa è provvista di aria condizionata e riscaldamento individuale.

L'appartamento è molto luminoso ed intimo. L'impronta cromatica dell'appartamento va dal bianco al grigio pastello; composto da una ampia sala/cucina, un disimpegno che da accesso al bagno con finestra e alla spaziosa camera da letto. La cucina, completamente attrezzata ( frigo, congelatore, lavastoviglie, forno, macchina del caffè, bollitore) consente di organizzare gustosi pasti.

Apartamento muito bom, acesso com muitos degraus, difícil para subir com malas. Muito confortável, acesso facil aos pontos turísticos por ônibus.
