Description

Dans le parc naturel régional du Luberon, (sud vaucluse), entre Aix en Provence (20mn) et Avignon (1h10), Geneviève et Jean pierre , viticulteurs passionnés, vous accueillent à la Tour d'Aigues, village provençal pourvu de tous commerces et services.

Le gîte neuf de 45m2, environ qu'ils mettent à votre disposition est idéal pour 2 adultes + 1 enfant + un bébé (chaise haute, baignoire et lit fournis sur demande).

Il est situé au 1er étage et on y accède par un large escalier extérieur qui aboutit dans le jardin. Vous disposerez d'un jardin privatif avec mobilier (tables fauteuils, transats) et barbecue ... d'une chambre (12 m2) avec 1 lit 2 pers, en 160 + 1 lit bébé, d'un salon avec cuisine américaine (30m2) et 1 lit 1 pers escamotable, 1 canapé, table , télévision, wifi, d'une salle de bains avec douche, wc, lavabo.

Il y a de très nombreux rangements et tout l'équipement pour rendre votre séjour facile : (vaisselle, batterie de cuisine, plaque induction, micro-onde, mini-four, lave vaisselle) ...

Location uniquement à la semaine en été .

Possibilité de long week-end ou location 3 nuits minimum en hors saison.

Arrivée à partir de 16h00, départ avant 12h00.

Le logement doit être laissé aussi propre au départ qu'à l'arrivée. Possibilité de demander un service de ménage en fin de séjour (30€) hormis vaisselle et poubelles !

Accès des voyageurs

Vous êtes locataire d'un logement complet et totalement indépendant.

Soit vous trouvez le Gîte avec l'adresse, soit nous allons vous accueillir en voiture à l'entrée du village.

Dans tous les cas, vous nous contactez quand vous êtes sur la route pour une heure d'arrivée approximative et nous vous attendons !

Le terrain est clos avec un portail électrique. Nous vous remettons un bip à votre arrivée avec vos clés.

Vous vous garez sur le terrain à proximité immédiate de votre jardin.

Possibilité de garer votre voiture à l'ombre.

Nous habitons sur place, nous serons des voisins discrets mais bien présents. Nous sommes passionnés par notre région, nous pourrons vous indiquer les visites, les balades à ne pas manquer ...
