'L'Etoile de Mer' is a recently-constructed, five-bedroom, three-bathroom, detached villa, with a private, heated pool and wooded gardens front and rear. Located on the edge of La Tranche-sur-mer in the charming hamlet of La Terriere, it is within easy walking or cycling distance of a superb beach and also the shops, bars and restaurants of the town. Beautiful forest walks and cycle trails are on the doorstep, leading to the beaches and beyond. Several nearby beaches to choose from suitable for families, sun worshippers and surfing dudes alike! Our pool has lovely surroundings and a shaded terrace and is fully fenced and gated to keep your little ones safe, while you relax!

How do damage deposits work?
