This is a beautiful south facing air conditioned 2 bed apartment just a five minute walk to the very popular beach at La Zenia .
The famous Cabo Roig strip filled with bars and Restaurants is a 7 minute walk .
This third floor property has a wrap around balcony with lovely sea views over both La Zenia and Cabo Roig . The property has been totally refurbished with the bathroom now having a walk in shower room , new fitted kitchen , new wardrobes , beds , leather suite , absolutely everything . The property has two separate balconies , one for enjoying the sun and the other for eating alfresco . The property has off road parking and also has the benefit of a beautiful communal pool area . This is a luxurious property that will make your stay a very pleasant one . There is English Satellite tv

“La zenia apartment”
This is a nicely presented 2 bedroom 3rd floor apartment. It has basically everything you need and is fairly comfortable. It has aircon in the lounge, but would have been appreciated in the bedrooms. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated whilst we were there which was very disappointing. The future visitors will however benefit from a new pool. The beach is a 10min walk and the supermarket is about 20mins. There is a bar on the beach and restaurants. Other places to eat can be walked to.

“Perfect ”
Couldn’t be happier with our apartment.. it’s so clean and comfy .. Richard was great he was here to greet us when we arrived right on time plus anything you need to know the owners are very quick to respond and are very helpful.. quiet area about 10min walk to the beach and 20min walk to restaurants.. just perfect for us…… our view having breakfast every morning is just perfect ….

“Great Apartment walking distance to the beach and fab sea views”
Lovely comfortable apartment with fantastic sea views and walking distance to La Zenia beach. Spent a lot of the holiday either sat on one of the balconies or going for walks around the local area. There is a fantastic communal pool, although didn't use it as too cold for us in December. Easy distance to La Zenia Boulevard.

“Relaxing stay”
We stayed here for one week and it was lovely. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need from lounge chairs for the pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is very central, 10 mins walk to the strip and 20 to the shopping centre. There is a beautiful costal walk nearby. The property managers are very helpful and friendly and they will organise transfers to and from the airport.

“Lovely apartment”
Had lovely holiday, apartment very well equipped and pool lovely. Air con in bedrooms would be great as very hot at night, but would reccomend, close to shops bars and beaches. Thanks
