Description

This beautifully appointed apartment is situated in a private complex in the pretty coastal resort of La Zenia, which is a 10 minute drive south of the popular tourist town of Torrevieja.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, comfortable lounge / dining / kitchen area, bathroom. It also includes a high speed fibre broadband service and an international TV service.

A south-facing balcony has sea views and overlooks the communal pool and jacuzzi. The apartment's large roof terrace provides opportunity for private sunbathing.

The apartment has been re-decorated in the last 6 months, and benefits from new appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.) (not shown in photos).

“Great weekend away”

We had a tremendous time in the apartment. Really central and close to everything we wanted to see. Hosts were excellent also and the place was immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

“Wonderful holiday”

We have just returned from 10 days at this lovely property in a prime location. Apartment was clean, tidy and had an amazing roof top ideal for relaxing and for BBQs. The location is superb… a short walk to the beach and not too far to the boulevard for entertainment and shops. There’s a lovely cafe just below for breakfast/brunch and plenty of restaurants at the beach or boulevard. Supermarket is also very handy being only a five minute walk away. Carol the owner could not have been more helpful and made our stay a pleasure. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday. We will be back.

“Fab Holiday”

We booked when travel corridors were introduced, however, we fell could of the quarantine rules following changes in the Government advice. I say this as Carol, the wonderfully helpful owner, was very supportive in helping us decide if we would travel. Carol made enquiries relating to the restrictions we may face in the local area. This helped us make the decision to travel.......... a decision that I will be thankful for many years. The location of the apartment is simply perfect for accessing shops, bars, and the all important beach. The beaches are excellent, with the small bay to the right side of La Zenia main beach being child safe. I absolutely love the range of bars for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beach bars made long relaxing days a breeze. The La Zenia shopping arcade is nice spot for retail therapy. The local supermarket has excellent produce including fresh fish and prawns for the BBQ. I liked going to Pub Cambridge on the way home from the beach. It sounds English but is very very Spanish. The apartment itself is set out over two floors, with the upper floor being a rooftop terrace. The bedrooms are a nice size, with one box room which is ideal for my 14 year old. Kitchen is fine, though a few additional cutlery items would help. Worked fine though. I particularly loved the balcony and roof terrace as I could switch between the two depending on amount of sun I wanted. Nicely placed next to the pool, I could chill out and keep an eye on my family. There is very little noise as the height of the apartments prevents this. The WiFi is a bonus if you have kids to keep entertained. If you are looking for a great location for a base where no car is required. Here it is!!! Excellent for families of up to 5. Perfect little break and an absolutely fab time had by all! Jason

“Great location”

Stayed here in July for two weeks. That was the 3rd time I stayed in this complex but the first in this apartment. It is 5 mins walk to the beach and also pubs, restaurants and large supermarket. It is also about 15 min walk from the large shopping complex with over 100 shops.if you want more lively places the strip is about 20 mins walk with bars, restaurants and nightclub. The resort is very popular with the Irish and English and lots of good Irish bars with great entertainment are nearby. The pool is lovely with a lifeguard although there are no sun beds but theres enough room to put your towel down on the grass or sit on one of the benches. The apartment also has wifi which saved our party of 4 a fortune on phone bills. The rooftop terrace was massive with great views of the area and also the sea.

“Clean, well equipped, close to beach & amenities - ideal for family holiday”

Exactly as described and just as in the pictures. The pick up from/return to the airport were smooth and easy. David A and David P were both courteous drivers and pleasant company, very informative about the property and location. A five minute walk to the shops and restaurants and the same in the opposite direction for the beach where you have a choice of three bays within easy reach. The apartment block is very quiet and the pool is clean. The apartment is really well stocked and has air conditioning which we feel is a necessity in Spain in August. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 5 people but I wonder how comfortable it would be with 5 adults in the lounge area. 2 adults with 3 kids would be fine though. Plus there is a balcony off the lounge and a spacious roof terrace too with loungers and parasols available. We are definitely hoping to go back again soon as it seemed to have everything we need in a holiday.
