Description
Luxury 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment on the exclusive Porto de Mos estate, with pool, 400 yards from the beach 5 mins to the nearest golf club. On the outskirts of Lagos, Porto de Mos is an exclusive area, built and finished to a high specification. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a sofa bed and an additional bathroom.
Air conditioning throughout. Each room has it s own large balcony which leads onto its own private garden which overlooks a communal garden and pool area. The apartment has outside seating for al fresco dining. There is a shared swimming pool.
Lagos town centre is 5 mins by car or an easy 20 minute walk. It is a lovely town with a fantastic marina, excellent restaurants, shopping and many things to do for couples or families. Only 5 mins by car to the nearest golf course.

You will be met by our property management company who will ensure that the apartment is clean and has fresh linen when you arrive. A deposit of £100 is required to cover for breakages and damage to the property. Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 10.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.We require a 25% deposit with the balance 4 weeks prior to holiday, please contact us for availability. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and equipped with all that you need to enjoy your holiday. Towels and linen are provided. The lounge is spacious and the leather sofas comfortable. The apartment comes with a sound system that can be linked to the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen.The second bathroom has a power shower. The large lounge/dining area has 2 leather sofas and a 6 seater dining table and chairs. There is a flat screen TV, DVD/CD player. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all the essentials, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

“Quiet and very comfortable place.”
Location was quiet and relaxing. Close enough to downtown and an easy walk to the beach. Apartment has everything you need. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.
