GoVisitMaui presents unit Konea 103 at Honua Kai. The unit is a 1315 square foot (plus 700 sq ft Lanai/Garden), 2 bedroom / 2 bath luxury condo, and it includes everything you could possibly want for time away from home. Each bedroom contains a luxurious King bed and the living features a Queen Plus size full 80” bed length comfort sleeper that will surely be the most comfortable sofa bed you have ever slept on, featuring solid platforms that provide even support with no bars, no springs, and no sagging. Making this unit a perfectly comfortable fit for up to 6 adults.

Konea 103 is an interior courtyard ground floor location unit with quick in and out access to all Honua Kai Resort & Spa offers. The lanai has been keyed so it can be used as a true lockable entry exit making it even more convenient. This unit features a partial ocean view that is better in person than in the pictures plus is less than a minute from resorts closest pool. (please see our room layout photo for the location of our condo).

Honua Kai was built in 2008 and the resort offers many wonderful modern amenities. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the 3 acres of aquatic playground with waterfalls, water slides, caves, and a sandy beach pool. Kids can also enjoy gazing at the beautiful fish swimming in the Koi Pond with a daily morning fish feeding.

The resort is spread out over 38 tropical beach front acres with an imaginative aquatic network of 4 pools and five hot tubs, and is located in a perfect North Kaanapali Beach location. The white sand beach is just steps away, so take a dip, or sit back, and tan while enjoy the view of the giant humpback whales.

And just when you could not ask for more, many extra personal touches from a proud owner are visible in the condo such as a wall mounted 65" 4k smart TV, Free wireless-AC internet, Amazon Echo with spotify music, Vitamix Blender, keyed lanai, bathroom dryer rack, and owner supplied goodies for your use: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, a pack n play, bed bumpers, booster seat with table, etc.

The family friendly Ground Floor units include many bonuses not offered on any of the floors above. Extra tall 11' ceilings, oversized lanai's, and very quick and easy access in and out.

How do damage deposits work?
