Beautifully renovated West Maui Ocean View, 2 bedroom ,Top floor condo. With a brand new Split system AC unit in the great room, master bedroom and Loft bedroom! You have found the perfect condo for a great family beach vacation!

Our ocean view updated condo is almost 1,000 feet including our lanai and has been renovated with granite, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood cabinets. You will love the beautiful views from the lanai and the upscale tropical feel of the professionally decorated Maui beach home ! Welcome to our, Top floor, 2 bedroom ocean view condo! You have found one of West Maui's top rated resort destinations and boasts over 13 acres of oceanfront tropical paradise. Resort amenities include 2 swimming pools, one heated, 2 spas, 2 tennis courts, 2 meticulously maintained putting greens, tropical ponds, fountains and ocean side shuffleboard. We have 12 sunset facing barbecue grills and 2 poolside cabanas and out door showers. The oceanfront location makes for the most picturesque sunsets on Maui. Your facility use fee of $15 nightly includes swimmercise class, Tai chi , on site parking, WiFi and Thursday evening happy hour at the Lanai Cabana.

Our renovation was completed late October of 2016 and we could not be more excited to share the updates with our guests.Our kitchen had the most dramatic change with knocking out walls to open it to the living area, installing rich espresso stained ceiling height cabinets with under cabinet lighting, down lights , all new stainless steel appliances with a French door refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Other bonus features include soft close drawers and cabinets and double pull out trash and recycle bins as well as a huge granite serving bar and ultra quiet dishwasher.

The Master bedroom has a romantic Hawaiian quilt, rich wood furniture , king sized bed, dresser, nightstands and a 32" flat screen TV. A large mirrored closet will hold all your vacation ware.

The updated bathroom includes large granite counter, down lights, espresso stained cabinets and drawers and a pocket door separates the newly tiled glass enclosed shower and toilet from the vanity area. Hair dryer ,curling iron and magnifying mirror provided.We also installed a mirrored medicine cabinet.

The great room has soaring 20' open beamed wood ceiling with ceiling fan and new AC unit for your comfort. We have purchased new Beautiful island style furnishings that include a queen size sleeper sofa , a new counter height dining table to view the ocean, if dining inside and new sitting area with chairs . The addition of a new 42" flat screen TV lets you enjoy movies and stay up to date with your favorite programs. Check out the book and game cabinet in the serving bar for a new book to read or a family game night.

The large upstairs second bedroom loft has exposed wood ceilings as well as a new ceiling fan TV, queen sized bed and two twin beds, dressers, mirror, and stereo. The loft is a perfect place for a second couple or the kids to have their own space. For those traveling with little ones we even have a pack n play for your use here on the island. Check out our beach closet full of boogie boards,swim noodles, beach chairs, sand castle gear, coolers, umbrellas,and putters and balls included to enjoy the two 12 hole putting greens. We even have a newly installed stacked washer and dryer in the mirrored hall closet for your convenience.

The perfect location of the our resort in West Maui allows you to walk to the local farmer's market, restaurants, grocery stores, and of course, the fabulous west Maui beaches . Take a 3.5 mile round trip beach walk to famous Black Rock or walk along the new pedestrian boardwalk to a meal at Duke's famous ocean side restaurant. Our location is simply the best.

Whether you want to take in a round or two of world famous golf, swim with green sea turtles at a nearby Bay, enjoy a Hawaiian luau, visit the majestic Haleakala, drive a scenic road, or shop in the historic whaling town, our Ocean Front Resort serves as a wonderful home base with which to explore all that the island of Maui has to offer. This laid back West Maui resort has many loyal guests who once they discover us , return with family and friends year after year. We hope you will be one of the these lucky guests.
