Inside this three-story home you will enjoy a large wonderful kitchen downstairs with spacious living room, washer/dryer and full bath. There is also a queen size Murphy bed that pulls from the wall to quickly turn this into a fourth bedroom for those who prefer to sleep at ground level. The second story offers two comfortable bedrooms and two full baths. On the third level you will find a private and cozy room with two twin beds, a sitting area, five sky lights and a view of the ocean that make this room an ideal place for the kids or just an additional area for you to enjoy.

We rented from Whalers Realty Management Co - mistake - I will not rent from them again. Upon check in we were told we had to pay for parking which was listed under amenities by Whalers Realty. When I called to discuss this with them they tried to blame the Condo association. This is a Condo not a home as described. The pictures are a bit deceiving due to the furniture arrangements and mirrored dining room walls. The Puamana property management team were very accommodating. The air conditioning is in the upstairs bedrooms only so cooking in the kitchen was miserable. We could not sit and enjoy the living area since it was so hot (we visited in May). I will not rent from Whalers Reality Management Company again

However it was clearly stated in the rental contract and website property description that there was a parking/registration fee charged by the Puamana Association upon arrival.
The properties in Puamana are classified as Town Houses, not Condos thus mid service cleaning is not included as they all have washer/dryers. This was also stated on the webpage and rental agreement.
When you made the inquiry from HomeAway, the description said that the AC’s were only in the bedrooms. We provide detailed descriptions for each property we manage to prevent this type of misunderstanding.

The lanai needs a cover. 2 more chaise lounges would be nice.
no kettle,no tea pot,few bbq instruments,dull knives (No small ones)no computer connection, difficult to hookup stereo. no visible night clock.
The apartment was roomy and well located.

48-2 at Puama is an older unit in a great location. It is close to clubhouse, pools, and beach. Unfortunately it's last remodel was in the early 80's and several items are at the end of their wear cycle.

It was a very nice condo in a great location. But I had to call maintenance for the air conditioner on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor was like a sauna with no circulation. Air conditioner was not working well and not all the windows opened. The Murphy bed did not work and was not told until we got there. Had to call for a cot. Although the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for everyone. The first two floors were great. I would stay in Puamana again, but not there.
The air conditioner on the 3rd fllor has been replaced, we appologize for the inconvenience during your stay.
The murphy bed is currently being repaired. For this home, we will provide roll away beds at no charge.
This a a clean, comfortable 3 bedroom townhome at an exceptional value.

location excellent ,accommodation good although pull-out bed broken and no alternative supplied.
check in involved a fee for parking which was a duplication, still awaiting the credit.

We had a wonderful time and I appreciate Glenn's personal communication. If you want to stay within walking distance to town this is the place! It was roomy and they accommadated 9 of us and the place was well equipped with anything you might need. I would recommend this place as clean and nice and good for any occasion!
