Located in the Popular Luzerne Heights, 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath newly painted & furnished Carriage House. Walk to the Lake Luzerne Private Beach. Have a large family? Contact: Brian Callanan (954) 557-3400 for more details on the 4 bedroom home on same property.
The home is within reach of some of the most sought after activities in the Adirondacks. Whether to spend the day locally at Lake Luzerne or spend the day in Saratoga or Lake George you're still a short ride home for a quiet evening to R-E-L-A-X
Come to Lake Luzerne to enjoy a confluence of waters. Here, the Hudson River squeezes into a narrow gorge, tumbling over the dramatic Rockwell Falls. Water from the Great Sacandaga Reservoir joins the river in a flurry of white water. Further downstream, the river widens into “The Bay,” a stretch of water broad enough for water skiing. For those who seek quiet water, a chain of four beautiful lakes offer fishing, camping and boating with two public swimming beaches on Lake Luzerne itself. Lake Luzerne has catered to visitors since President Grant came here for rest and recreation after the Civil War. The grand old hotels of that day have given way to modern inns and restaurants while new tennis and basketball courts, miniature golf and three local history museums, along with summer concerts and craft shows, offer a variety of family fun. Two riverside parks flank the downtown area. Nearby, Lake Luzerne Music camp attracts world-class musicians. In winter, snowmobilers can ride over 200 miles of forest trails. Signs for the “Dude Ranch Trail” hearken back to the days after World War II, when the old logging camps found new life as Dude Ranches. The Rodeo is still going strong after more than 50 years and several stables along Route 9N still offer horseback riding. For more information about the Town of Lake Luzerne, visit the Lake Luzerne Chamber of Commerce or call the Chamber at (phone number hidden)
This cozy home has a nice quiet yard shaded by big beautiful oak and pine trees. It is in close proximity to many of the activities with the Adirondack Region. Seasonally, it makes for a great base from which you can set off on your particular adventure. However, it provides the amenities of comfort to stay home and not feel obligated to drive to some restaurant and waste time and money in long lines at expensive restaurants. The lake is across the street and there is a beach a short walk or drive depending on the view for the day you want.

I can't say enough good things... quaint, clean cottage above the garage, perfect for our needs. Brian went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, everything was as stated and we enjoyed our trip immensely.
