Description
The Villa is connected with the main cities and resorts of Tuscany (Florence, Siena, Volterra, Arezzo, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Viareggio) and accessible via the airports (Pisa and Florence) as well as freeways and highways. Ideal for family groups with children who want to spend their vacation in privacy, in nature and in the flavors of the cuisine and typical Tuscan products (oil, chianti wine, etc.)
The house has 16 beds and 4 added for a total of 20 people. At your disposal the entire building, the park around the house, the facilities (barbecue, bike, table tennis, soccer table, snooker, etc), the pool and relaxation area.
In the external dining area (a large patio with tables with >16 seats) there are two firewood oven for make pizza, bread or other foods : a big one oven (my grandparents used it for cooking bread for about 10 days) and a small one, faster and easy to use. We have also a gas and a wood barbecues for grill of meats and fishes.
In the backyard of the Villa there is the pool, that has a special children's area with 50 centimetres water deep. The rest of the pool has a deep between 100 and 150 cm. It's a pool by salt water with low clorine treatment, ideal for babies.
The park between olive trees, pine trees, forest trees, fruit trees and the grass is at your disposal to stroll around our nature trail through the woods or to offer rest and relaxation in the shade of the canopy of our pine trees. For your entertainment available to a ping pong table, football table, billiards, boules and children's play area. For your sport : mountain bike, cyclette and near the house, tennis/soccer rentable field and horses.
