The space

Welcome to your very own, 2BEDROOM-2BATH with 3 super comfortable KING BEDS, vacation rental at the spectacular Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino residence tower, also known as The Jockey Club, this condo puts you right at the center of everything that Vegas has to offer!

The unit has 3 King beds, 2 queen air mattress, and the large L-shaped couch can sleep 2 person as well. It is 1050sq/ft and has a kitchen, dining room, great room, and is super enjoyable to social with friends (please note no parties).

And if all this wasn't good enough, there are absolutely no hidden fees! What you see is what you pay. No Resort Fee, No Fee for self-parking, etc.

Some side notes:

• There is a 3 night minimum on most (but not all) Friday & Saturday nights. We will make exceptions allowing you to stay 2 nights when it is a 3 nt min however, there is an additional charge (charge is based on the 3 nt price with a small discount). Please contact us with inquiries, before you request to book to find out details if you would like only 2 nights or less on weekends. Also, some busy/holiday weekends and convention weeks require 4 or 5 night minimum stays.

•This property is The Jockey Club, which is attached to the Cosmopolitan by an elevator.

•Check-in for this property is inside the entrance to The Jockey Club, no Cosmo.

•12 people is the maximum. Please note: 12 people will be tight (great way for you to get to know your party better).

•We do not book this property more than 4 months in advance, except with approval from owner (sometimes pricing is higher because of special events and changes from year to year.)

•There are absolutely no events or parties in this property. No Drinking games (ie: beerpong, flipcup, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are WELCOME, but you may not have a party in the property.

•This property does not have a view.

•The best way to get to and from the airport or anywhere around in Vegas is by far Uber or Lyft.

•Please be accurate with the number of guests that will be staying in the property. Also, please let us know if you plan to have any additional visitors during your stay as well. Any guest staying in the property that was not registered or sent prior notification of will be charged a $200/pp/nt fee for the entire reservation AND entire group may be asked to leave without refund. This is extremely uncomfortable for everyone and we really do not enjoy doing asking guests to leave, so please be honest when booking.

“Best Spot at the Strip...!!”

Easy check in, place was clean and ready, location is great (attached to Cosmo with separate entrance for cabs/limos), host communicated proactively and clearly. Would return for sure.

How do damage deposits work?
