4 BDRM HOME (main house) W/ OPTIONAL SEPARATE ONE BEDROOM 800 SQUARE FOOT GUEST HOUSE.

Visiting Vegas for your corporate stay? This executive rental has four bedrooms, three of which have their own separate individual suites. . Each suite in main house has their own bath room and walk-in closet within the room. There is a private optional guest house separate from main house and fully equipped which can be rented separately. Call owner for pricing.

One California King bed, two king beds and a queen bed are furnished in

Turn on the spa tub, fireplace, flat screen and pour the bubbly in the Master Suite. A Calif King bed is provided.

Master bath has double sinks, euro style walk-in shower, cherry wood cabinets, marble and tile .

Fully equipped kitchen is surrounded with lengthy granite counter-tops, cherry wood cabinets, double oven, pantry, & side by side refrigerator,

Enjoy your morning coffee watching the hummingbirds in the light and airy kitchen nook.

The back yard features our "CABO" pool with two wet decks and spa. The patio and grass area provide for a serene setting so close to the strip but in a rural setting.

Price does not include, spa and pool heat, utilities, damage deposit, housekeeping fee, or guest house.
