We all had a wonderful trip and stay. The property is beautiful and well kept. When problems came up (as they usually do) the owners and management were quick to respond and fix issues or compensate otherwise. The only reason there are not 5 stars on cleanliness is due to cream carpet being worn and bags of empty beer bottles stacked in the garage. The pool is only heated during certain summer months which didn't include the time we where there but the kiddo's didn't care. We had hoped the hot tub could be heated separately but the configuration wouldn't allow. No worries. All in all an excellent value for the 12 of us!

This place was great. Had a large group from San Diego and everyone loved the home. Not to far from the strip, if you have a large group I suggest renting a shuttle instead of all taking taxi's. Would definitly stay here again!
Thank You very much, please call me when your ready to return

I traveled to Vegas for the Christmas holiday with a rather large group that included several energetic children. This home was more than big enough for the twelve of us who stayed here for a week. The owner of the home was very accommodating in answering all of our questions and making our stay as enjoyable as possible. This house had everything I needed and more. It was super clean also which is definitely something I always look out for when lodging. I will positively rent from this owner again next time I am in Las Vegas. Thank you Phillip for assisting me and my family with such a memorable Las Vegas vacation.
Please let me know when you will be returning as we will be adding some new features to the home.
Thanks again, for your wonderful comments.

Great house about 20 minutes to downtown. sleeps 3 couples plus 4 children very comfortably. The library and the main living area with bar are wonderful highlights to this large home. Owner is a pleasure to work with, easy rental.
