This spacious single story villa is on a half acre private estate in a quiet cul-de-sac.
When you arrive, I will be there to greet you, show you around and answer any questions you may have.
The moment we walk through the front door you will know you have made the right choice. The formal elegant dining room to your right seats eight, the living room to your left has many seating choices, to be by yourself or with everyone. There is a sectional with a pull out queen bed (with a real mattress) for extra sleeping. As we continue further, your eyes will be drawn to the sparkling pool and the various lounging choices awaiting you outdoor. If you overcome the urge to dash outside, you’ll notice the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need from breakfast to dinner. You may even take a quick glance at the large family room with lots of seating, 52” flat screen and the one of a kind fireplace.
Then we’re finally outside. Some of you will notice the patio dining table, the bar table, the large five burner grill and the various patio seating. A few steps further you are looking at the large heated, salt water pool (you’ll feel the difference), the covered lounge with two full and two twin size futons and plenty of pillows, the long pergola with more seating and a few of your friends/relatives (who did not care about the kitchen) already in the hammocks. You can follow the sun and your mood to the various seating, lounging, eating areas. At night, you’ll notice the outdoor lights come on, turning the backyard into a relaxing paradise. Then I will remind you that you haven’t seen the rest of the inside. A couple of you follow me inside. First I will show you the private master suite, a very large bedroom with a king bed, fireplace and a 40” flat screen, with private access to the patio, a bathroom with dual sinks, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a large walk in closet. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are at the other end of the house. One bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the outdoor lounge, the other has two twin size beds that can be converted into a king, with a memory foam topper. Both bedrooms have 32” flat screen TV’s. Before I leave, I will point out all the kitchen goodies; gas cook top, wall oven/microwave, top of the line refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, the china and glassware collection, utensils, the walk in pantry with some dry goods. I will have for you some basic cooking ingredients; salt, pepper, sugar, spices.
And finally, when I’m alone in the laundry room, I ask myself, was the top of the line washer and dryer worth it. The answer is yes, I would expect all this at my home and this will be yours, if it’s only for a short time.
I hope the pictures and my description will help you in your decision of finding the perfect vacation home in Las Vegas. Wishing you the best, Georgeta...Read more

Second time renting this property and intend to rent again. Attila and Georgetta are consummate owners/hosts, friendly and professionally attentive. The home is very comfortable, great beds, comfy bedding; tastefully furnished and provisioned for just about any need. We cooked extensively -- from pastas to gumbos -- and had everything we needed. The outdoor cooking area is a dream: steaks, chicken, shrimp -- all under the stars. Enough seating outside to eat at a different table every evening.
The house is a rambler, with the master bedroom on one side and two guest rooms on the other. Separate heat/air for each side, and separate bathrooms and showers (each guest bedroom has its own shower and toilet). This set up is wonderful if there is more than one couple sharing the house. We had friends visit us (that's what happens when you rent in Vegas) and they raved about the privacy and "resort" feel to the property. We never heard them until they came out for coffee in the morning. Every room has a tv, including the living room.
The house is located in what I would call a pocket neighborhood with well cared for houses, privacy and quiet. We saw our neighbors only a couple of times. It is on the flight path for airplanes arriving and leaving McCarren, but the noise is minimal and really not a bother. As I mentioned in a separate review of this property, I almost found it hypnotic to watch the planes file by as they prepared for landing.
The backyard is all about the privacy and the pool...ohh the pool. Beautiful, big, private, salt water. Imagine huge, crowded, swarming masses at a pool at a resort on the strip...this is just the opposite. Floated for hours with my beverage and sun hat. The owners have created a bit of an oasis in the backyard, surround by flora, private and quiet. Not that I did this, but you could walk naked and not be seen by anyone.
There are ample chairs to sit in the sun, as well as the shade. There is a fire pit we used one evening. The hot tub is big enough for six and always a nice option.
Well located property...ten minutes from McCarren, fifteen from MGM. There are tons of cool things to do in Vegas NOT on the strip. We made it our job to find the diviest bar (The Dyspensary) and the best burger (oddly enough, The Dyspensary). The best restaurant off the Strip (Panevino) and the best casino off the Strip (Green Valley). Crab Corner has $1 oysters on Sundays. The Valley Pub has a great happy hour. About a mile away is Elixer: a nice lounge/bar/restaurant that has a good happy hour as well but is a bit more upscale. Do you have a favorite NFL team? Well there is a bar in town catering to your colors. The Blue Ox is about two miles from Sunlit Villa and caters to Vikings fans.
There is a Smith's (grocery store) and Sprouts (upper scale grocery store) about two miles away. Costco, Walmart, Target and a Sam's Club are nearby. There is Total Wine for your beverage needs about five miles away.
There is so much to do in Vegas and we had a ball. Yet, it was wonderful to be return to this beautiful home at the end of each excursion. So much better than a hotel. If you have never experienced Vegas other than from a hotel on the strip...you're missing out. Sunlit Villa is the rare "sure thing" in Las Vegas.
