“One fine example of a great accomodation” It was my second visit to The Nest- a beautiful place to stay with family and friends. Anyone who is looking for a safe, wonderful, and peaceful stay in Goa must visit this place.i repeat, must. In Goa, Services as sold by many but happiness by few. There can be many hotels in and around Goa but the hospitality paid by the owner is very rare. He had helped me in all possible way from booking a cab to guiding through the places.I expressed my gratitude to him for his timely assistance for everything. The flat is really worth the money you pay, penny by penny.It is close to Calangute, Baga, Anjuna and other beaches.I have recommended many of my friends to The Nest, as we call it. And i will urge the readers to pay a stay here, you will not be disappointed for sure. Mr. Joseph, I will soon be coming to Goa again. Please be my host :)

“Great Place for a great holiday.” The place is very homely. Very clean and cozy. Very close to the beach and very close to the street. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. The booking was very smooth, thanks to Dominic. We were 10 of us, and all of us just loved the room, the space was perfectly thought out with all facilities and amenities required, rather more than required. Even with a family, the kids would love the lawn and the place. We will definitely visit this place more than once. And i would like to recommend this place to anyone.

“A very comfortable accomodation very near to most happening beac” Nice & Comfortable Stay, friendly attitute of property manager Ideal destination for a group of friends & family where you can feel like home. You can cook for children etc. Cleaniness & other aspects were also ok. For any help you can call property manager who is very helping & co-operative. We enjoyed our 3 days stay there a lot & will definately go there next time also.

“Super spacious apartment” Stayed recently with family at the Dona Paula apartment. Was greeted on arrival by property manager Lourdes, a nice smiling and ever obliging young lady. She made us feel comfortable and at home from the word go. The house keeper lives just downstairs in the basement and is very helpful for any emergencies or running small errands. Dealings with owner Dominic via email has been hassle free, reliable and very friendly. Apartment is clean, airy and spacious, has 4 bathrooms with shower and big wide windows allowing the sun in with spectacular views all around. Location wise, this is in a residential and safe area however not in walking distance to any beach or shop or anything. Own transport is a must or you can lock yourself in for good. Can walk to the bus stop (8 minute walk) and travel by local buses however this is time consuming and not the best option while on holiday especially with family. Taxis in Goa charge a bomb so hiring a car from day 1 seems the best option here however the roads are pretty dicey and the driving rash. So sound judgement and advance planning is the key.
