Upon entering the condo complex, you immediately feel the calming ambiance of the Thai style decor from intricately carved, dark wood furnishings, Budda sculptures, rock gardens, and bamboo accents. As you stroll through the walkway embedded in the reflecting pool, you gaze onto the stunning colors of the Caribbean Sea. You have found your "zen"....
Your home is an extremely spacious EXCLUSIVE Penthouse with your own Private Pool in over 3000 square feet. Relish in the quiet morning sunrise while sipping a fresh brewed cup of coffee on your private terrace. Soak up the rays of the warm Mexican sun in the tanning area and then cool off in your 17 ft private plunge pool. Enjoy roof top dining with the family, or just chatting with a glass of wine in the plush lounging area. At night, cuddle up in the star gazing lounger.
Your home is upgraded with the best we can find or bring from the US. The unique decor sets your vacation home apart from all the others. Appreciate all the details of staying in a personal home versus just a rental condo. Enjoy the guilty pleasure of watching a little tv in your own room. Cook up some fish tacos with your complete kitchen. Take a nap and luxuriate in the imported linens. Unwind with a bubble bath in your deep soaker tub with rain shower heads. Pack light as we provide a hair dryer, iron, and safe. We want to make our home feel like your own. Six guests will fit comfortably with 2 en-suite baths (Master with large tub), and additional powder room. The master has a king size bed and the guest has two matrimonial beds.
You are enchanted by the grand pool that your entire family can enjoy the pool with the child-friendly swimming area and ocean views. Decide to stay in shape or not - at the gym. Eat, drink, and tan, with discount passes for chairs at Mamita's Beach Club and upgrades at Kool Beach Club.
Upon arrival you are greeted by your personal, bilingual concierge and given a local cell phone for direct contact for any questions or needs you may have. Each condo is individually managed and our reliable staff includes full time maintenance personnel - THIS IS A CONDO AND IS NOT OPERATING AS A HOTEL WHICH YOU MAY SEE IN OTHER ADVERTISEMENTS.
At night you savor the samplings of the international restaurant scene just a 2 blocks away on 5th Ave. The better restaurants (not the most expensive) are located between 26th and 40th Ave. which include Italian, Sushi, French, Seafood, Greek, Argentine, Cuban, Spanish, Thai, Lebanese, and of course Mexican. Mingle with other expats as this is the area of town where we tend to live and play. Or, enjoy a dinner in with delivery service from the restaurants in the building. Elevators in the complex are perfect after a eating a big meal!
As you can walk to everything from here, there it really no need for a car but valet parking is available.
Relax! If you can imagine it, it can be yours. Our home is your home!
Just a 45 minute drive from Cancun located in the area called "the Riviera Maya".
A lease and photo id are required.This home is not suitable for rowdy guests or stag parties. Mature families and couples ONLY. We use a professional cleaning staff.

Our family had an overall fantastic experience. The owner is very responsive. The concierge and staff at condo was very nice and helpful. Jessica was the best ever. She helped us feel at home and by the end of the trip we consider her a friend. The owner's recommendation for shuttle service was also excellent. Shuttle service was on time for pick up and drop off. The condo was very beautiful. We probably stayed at the roof top pool more than the beach. Location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. We rarely used a taxi. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories.

We spent most of our time on the rooftop space. The area was so comfortable with the separate seating areas for both sun and shade and we went in and out of the pool all day. Amazing restaurants close by for dinner also. The most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years!
