A fabulous home with a wonderful feel mixing the old with the new. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen was a delight and we had some of the best sleep in a long time in comfortable and beautifully made up beds. It was a nice touch to meet the owner who warmly welcomed us and gave us some great travel and sight seeing tips.

This house is gorgeous! I stayed with my husband and 9mth old daughter. It's the perfect spot for a group or families. Bed was amazingly comfy. Heating was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing missing is a BBQ. Thank you Bron for your excellent communication throughout and for sharing this beautiful property. I will definitely be recommending it.
Thanks very much Suzanne for your great review and I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. Good news - there is a BBQ, I just don't have it out over the Tassie winter! (You will have to come visit us in summer to check it out :)

Twyford is a stunning property very centrally located in Launceston.
So much of the original features have been beautifully preserved, and it is decorated very tastefully with everything being considered. We had a family of seven in the house, and it suited us perfectly from the bedroom configuration to the living areas to the superbly appointed kitchen. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the back deck area and backyard.
Everything has been thought of from the picnic set to the self serve "honour system" snack bowl! Amazing!
The hostess met us there on arrival and proivded great recommendations for dinners and activities after walking us through the lovely house.
We will absolutely return if we ever find ourselves in Launceston again!
