Située à moins de 10 minutes des eaux turquoise et des fonds blancs de la Pointe Faula, cette villa vous accueille dans son écrin de verdure.

Composée de 3 chambres avec salles de bains privées, les propriétaires ont usé d’un subtil mélange entre tradition et modernité qui ne vous laissera pas indifférents.

A l'extérieur, profitez de son barbecue, de son magnifique carbet de conception traditionnelle pour vous protéger des rayons du soleil, de sa piscine privée et de son vaste jardin d'un demi-hectare. Au bout du jardin, depuis le ponton privé sur un petit lac, évadez-vous en contemplant les somptueux paysages et les poissons qui en font son charme.

Mondialement connu pour son spot de kite surf exceptionnel, le Vauclin vous surprendra par sa diversité. La Pointe Faula est le lieu idéal pour prendre un bain dans des eaux turquoise, profiter des fonds blancs et pour vous restaurer dans les paillotes de bord de plage. Le Vauclin est également réputé pour son port de pêche. Tous les matins, profitez de langoustes et de poissons frais pour organiser vos barbecues. Au cœur de cette commune, face à la mer, découvrez son marché traditionnel avec ses fruits et ses légumes pays.

Un second bungalow se trouve sur le même terrain que la villa Colibri. Il s'agit d'un cottage de deux chambres. Chaque location dispose de sa propre piscine et terrasse, il n'ya pas de vis à vis entre les deux logements depuis les terrasses tournées vers le jardin. Seul el portail d'entére est commun, ainsi que le vaste jardin en contrebas (avec accès à l'étang).

How do damage deposits work?
