This apartment/condo is in a private home build by former Governor of Colorado, Jesse McDonald in 1893. Located on the first floor, this suite exudes Victorian charm. The private entrance opens into a formal parlor with a 12 foot ceiling and crystal chandelier. A gas fireplace with an original mantel and most of the original Victorian tiles still intact creates a cozy warmth. The parlor has a queen sleeper sofa with a very comfortable coil spring mattress.
