Salento - Torre Specchia Ruggeri (marine Melendugno - Lecce) It 's the ideal home for a relaxing holiday for the whole family: independent with large garden, comfortable and equipped with everything, 350 meters from the beach! Comfortable for 6 people, has two double bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a kitchen and a large bathroom. Mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, indoor and outdoor shower, barbecue and pizza oven a quiet residential area with basic facilities (bar, pizzeria, restaurant, food, etc.), very green and only local traffic. You can park in the garden. Pets are welcome. The nearest beach (sand) can be reached on foot. Very close also other beaches. San Foca is 2.5 km and it is a very lively and commercial town. Continuing along the coast you will find Roca, Bear Tower, Alimini, Otranto 25 km. Lecce is 19 km. So many things to do and live in Salento: nature, folklore, gastronomy, art ... but also just sea, sun and relaxation. Independent 90 square meters one floor fully furbished house composed of: two large double bedrooms, full kitchen, spacious living room, brand new bathroom and a storage room. The house is in overall very good conditions as it Has Been recently restored, painted and refurbished. Brand new bathroom with shower and a new gas water heater brand. The house is Also Been furbished with a brand new full gas kitchen, a new washing machine, a new big fridge and gas oven in very good working conditions. Also decorated with new furniture. The large garden is sorrounding Approximately 800 square meters and is enriched with a mix of big trees and fruit trees (mandarins, lemons, grapes, figs and blackberries). In the rear of the garden Also present is an outdoor shower (very useful in the summer) and a big wood fired oven. The rest of the large garden is edificable according to Functional laws and could be enriched for example with a swimming pool or any other construction. The entire property is fenced and is sorrounded by a very green and relaxing environment. Only 350 meters away from the beach in one of the most beautiful italian coasts (also rewarded the Blue Flag by the European Union). The coast sees the alternation of sandy beaches and small cliffs. Perfect place for summer holidays: sun, sea, beaches, nature and relaxation are the key points of this little spot of paradise wich Also offers events, fun, culture, places to discover and unforgettable moments.
