The house is right on the beach, few steps from the seawater, with front garden with pine trees . Located in Kavos-Kokkinia-Asprokavos -Corfu.The house consists from two indipendent appartments, the ground floor (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms-washing machine, kithen-dishwasher, livingroom) and the upper floor ( 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms-washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher,livingroom). All bedrooms have direct approach to verandas and balconies, airconditioning and mosquito nets.
At the back side of the house there is playground, garden and parking area. Private entrance and parking.
