Traditional Corfiot in architecture yet fully modern in amenities, Villa Evanna is located in a quiet, peaceful, sparsely-inhabited area. Taking advantage of its position, the exterior of the villa is designed to offer the ideal outdoor living. A large vibrant garden, olive trees, a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, a shaded ping-pong area, BBQ facilities and a covered dining area – all guarantee that our guests will enjoy their stay to the maximum!
The interior is minimally decorated in shabby chic style and neutral tones to promote relaxation. It comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, a dining area and 2 bedrooms; the master bedroom has one king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Facilities include among others: WiFi Internet, secure on-site parking, 24-hour CCTV on the property’s exterior entrance, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and TFT home cinema with satellite TV.
The property is eco-friendly (energy efficient electric appliances, led light bulbs throughout, double glazing, low-flow water taps).
